The UR-Customer Engagement App is a customizable* app designed to decrease customer churn and increase customer loyalty by giving the customers control over their site. It helps engage with the customer more often than most vendors can manually. Your customers will easily have access to your products and services through different features they can enjoy.



The app also has built-in marketing activity tracking. When a customer selects something from the Specials, it is tracked in Marketing. Specials will show information like: number of users that offer was deployed to, number of customers who has shown interest, and number of click-throughs in a campaign.

This app is for both Demo and SaaS users. Demo accounts connect directly to our Demo Database while SaaS users will connect to their unique database. Enterprise users can connect to their own servers or to our servers.

How to Register for a Demo Account:
After app download, click on the register button and enter your First Name, Last Name a valid Business email (No free mail domains). Add a simple password and confirm it. Enter your Company name. You’ll receive an email shortly (at the email address provided) with your validation code. Once you receive it, use it to login and you’re ready to navigate.


For Demo Users:
After registration and logging in, you will see the assigned apps -- all apps available on the tiles provided. This view can be changed by going to your profile and selecting a different type of view namely: Service, C-Suite, or All. The rest of the documentation is the same for both SaaS and Demo users. Examples are for Demo users.


For SaaS Users:
SaaS and full use customers will configure and connect their data via uploads and integrations. Configure your SaaS account for use as discussed in the website. You can now invite and configure users right from your App.


For Enterprise Users:
Enterprise On-site and Enterprise SaaS customers will configure and connect their data via uploads and integrations. configure your Enterprise and add Admins to your account for use as discussed on the website, Invite and configure customer users right from your app.



How your Customers Can Use the App:

DEMO Accounts:
Your customers can also access a Demo account to see how this app will operate for them. SaaS:
Professional, Business and Enterprise plans.
Your team will register and configure the first (or many) user(s) and sets this user as a user manager of their account. This user manager will be able to add and configure additional users for their site (your customers site).

*Some features are customizable for SaaS customers like the About Us section.
